Day 30

20 min on the elliptical and 40 arm exercises. 
One of the boys was sick, and I am fighting off something. Almost flu like.
Gearing up for our trip to Arkansas. I can't wait to be around all of our loving family!
 Not much else right now. Just trucking along and TRYING to stay on track.




 BREAKFAST
3 pcs of low fat bacon
2 scrambled eggs with ff shredded cheese

LUNCH
3 slices of ham warmed with ff sliced american cheese
1 single serve broccoli and cheese

DINNER
1 1/2 c chili with beans

DESSERT
2 diet coke cake cupcakes (sm)
