Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
I woke up tired and bitchy. But I pressed play.
Faith was not cooperative today. I usually lay her down for a nap while I workout, but today 10 min in I realized she wasn't asleep. SO I had a curious, mobile baby wathcing (helping) me today. I made it through with a few breaks trying to chase her all over. Note to self, make sure she is FULLY asleep before I start.
I had motivation for my workout, but nothing else. I need to get it together.
What I ate today:

scrambled egg whites in a corn tortilla with mozzeralla cheese

90 calorie brownie
1/2 Five Guys cheeseburger, 1/2 order small fries
ham and bean soup with 2 pcs of whole wheat bread
I completely sucked on the diet today. I really need to go shopping.
