It's official, I am going to start doubles this next week. I was talking to my SIL about going to the beach this summer, then I got a wild hair up my butt and thought I would try on a bathing suit.

Not sure if that was discouraging or motivating. All I know is I will NOT be wearing a bathing suit looking like this.
I am looking forward to taking pics next week, getting feedback on if others can tell ANY difference at all.
This week has been recovery week, no weight lifting. Today was a first for me, Stretch X. It felt good. Think I will start doing it on my days off. I even burned around 177 calories doing it.
I did better on eating today. Got back to writing down what I eat on Weight Watchers (I had signed up a couple of months ago online). I stayed within my daily points. Lets hope I can keep it up!
