Cardio X
I want to start off with a motivation of the day.
I tried on a pair of pre-pregnancy jeans (albeit they were my "fat" pre-pregnancy jeans) and I squeezed into them, barely zipping them...but 2 weeks ago, I couldn't get them over my fat thighs!!! So if you are wondering if P90X is worth it, so far IT IS! I still have 81 days left! Let the inches melt away!!
I woke up not feeling well today, tired, like I am fighting off something. BUT I put Faith down, got my sweats on, and pushed play. Then I sweated my ass off. I gave more effort today than I did yesterday. AND now with motivation, I am pumped UP!

2 squares of chocolate
the only one that can stop me, is me.
