I may not feel skinnier, but I do feel more like a bad ass. I could definitely protect myself against any ninjas that might come along ;). I have noticed how much stronger I am than I was 4 weeks ago.
Today was Cardio X. I loved all of it except for the yoga...damn upward and downward dog! My pulled muscle is better with the exception of when I'm in the runners pose. Hopefully it will be 100% within the next couple of days.
I'm going to do my day of rest Saturday, and my yoga x on Sunday. I have a lot going on and know I won't have time. Then bring on doubles!
