legs back and ab ripper X
So much is going on right now in my house. I am really surprised that I am able to get my workouts in...but I do.
Getting sooo much better at ab ripper X. I am able to do all of the moves, and do around 15 reps EXCEPT for the V one...that one I am doing around 8. At the beginning I couldn't do one.
I drank A LOT tonight...and ate A LOT tonight. =( Tomorrow is a new day...just get my water in, and keep pushing play.
