Shoulders , Arms, & Ab Ripper X
Today is one of my favorite workouts. I love the weight training. I did notice that I am having some pain in my left shoulder, so I am going to just stick with my 5lb weights.
Got to the store today, a lot of ground turkey, lean hamburger, chicken breast, veggies, fruit, and some protein shakes.
I am shocked that I am still committed to this! BRING IT!
