Yoga X
Not my favorite. In fact I had to fast forward about 10 min of moves I just couldn't do. I did try the crane this time , put a pillow under my head and went for it. Unsuccessfully.
I'm thinking of replacing yoga with a core workout, for more cardio. Not sure if it will help or hinder my workout. But I feel like I could use more cardio.
What I ate today:
Egg whites
4 pcs of turkey bacon
Apple with peanut butter
Bean and ham soup
Slice of whole wheat bread
Almonds & cashews
2 chicken strips
Mac & cheese
Parmesan asparagus
1pc of chocolate
