Today was core, definitely not my favorite. I still can't do a FULL push up, so I am doing it girly style. The damn hip raises, and DREYA rolls get me every time. 

Im not even going to talk about what I have had to eat the last two days. It's the week before my TOM, so all I want to do is eat salty and sweet. I have NO will power during this time.  I haven't been to the store in a while, and that means I am eating whatever UNHEALTHY food there is in the house. SO tomorrow I am going to shop for better options.

I am a little disappointed in the fact that I haven't lost any weight, but as you can see the inches are starting to shrink. As hard as it is to ignore the scale, I am going to have to focus on just feeling better about my body, and the shifting it is doing.

  1. progress is progress! keep it up! i'm a little miffed at my scale as well (only 7 pounds), but i just know i have to step it up. i started this with a total defeatist attitude. it's only now in week 4, where it's a little easier that i'm actually craving to push myself harder. i can't wait for next week now!
