AWESOMENESS!
By far this is my favorite workout. I feel like a complete bad ass when I do it. My kicks get higher, and I even did a few "doubles". Before I know it, the workout is over. I hate that I have to wait another week to do it again.
I am at the cabin this weekend, and I thought for sure I would make up a billion excuses as to why I should just skip the workout, just this time. But Faith went down for her morning nap, and I pressed play. I put in 110%.
2 weeks down. 77 more days to go. I had my doubts that I would even make it this far.
I have to say, today was another not-so-great food day. I know that I am just undoing all of the workouts, but damn I love food.
What I ate today:
Special K power bar
1/2 turkey sandwich
1 slice of wheat bread
2 slices of deli turkey
1 tsp of hummus spread
5 tortilla chips
1 bowl of tortilla soup with 1/4 avocado
1 tbs shredded cheese
1 pc of cake
2 slices of brisket
1/2 c of potato salad
1/2 c of pinto beans
1 tbs of bar b que sauce
chips ( i didn't count)
salsa
guacamole
2 pcs of dark chocolate
2 beer, 1 glass of wine =)
2 beer, 1 glass of wine =)
That's a lot of food =/ . I am pretty ashamed, but I guess not enough to not stuff my face.....
