P90X day 21

Sunday is usually my day of rest, but since I decided to drink beer and have some tequila...I skipped my workout saturday. :X so on Sunday I did my kenpo X.

By far this is my favorite!! I get to take out all my aggressions on throwing punches and kicks. It's the one workout I hate when it's over. 

I also did some yard work this afternoon, moving blocks. I am definitely feeling it.  I could tell a difference on how much I can lift, and hold. It's nice to not feel wimpy.

Monday starts my recovery week, which means it starts off with yoga x HELL. ANDDDD It's twice a week!! Bleh. I want to love it, I really do...but I dread yoga x days.

One more week till my 30 days!! And new photos, we will see if there is a difference. Also, I'm thinking about starting doubles, which means cardio x is added on the weight training days. I need to start watching what I am putting into my body. I think the diet or change in the way I eat is WAY harder than the workouts. There is a constant temptation.  I need a stronger will power.

Time to bring it.
