Legs, Back, & Ab Ripper X
I don't have a pull up bar, and where I work out doesn't have an an accessible door to use the band. So, half of the back exercises I did probably didn't count. I just put the band under one of my feet, and did the best I could till I felt a burn in the muscles of my back.
(I should probably put some make up on~I look like death.)
Some of the leg exercises left me shaking, and sweating like I was in Africa. I did them all, not as graceful as the people on the dvd looked, but damn it I did it!! Some as many reps and Tony did. Oh and F wall sits.
Ok, so here is the thing, I FEEL like I am getting stronger, toner, tighter, smaller...but my mirror DOES not show it. I know that this is a process to get to where I want to be, I need to be patient.
i'm struggling with seeing it as well. i KNOW i'm stronger because i'm able to do a whole lot more than i was a week ago. the scale is barely moving (i need to quit checking it) and i don't see any difference. but, it has to be there. and i have to keep up to see it!
ReplyDeleteI read that we may even gain a couple of pounds the first few weeks, then it will start falling off. i hope!
