Holy crap!
I was feeling pretty good till we got to the banana rolls...then I started feeling sick to my stomach. I have never worked out to where I was nauseous. EVER. I just tried to work through it...stop and gag a little then continue on.
I did most of what they did, minus the hip lifts and a few others. Everything else I just did my best and as much as possible. If I found myself not being about to physically do something I just kept moving.
I knew this workout was going to be hard...but shit I never knew that I would feel ill. I hope after a week I feel better during. Because I definitely felt better after. We will see how sore I am tomorrow.
As far as my diet goes, I am still trying to just keep my calories down. I am going to try and do more protein and veggies next week. AFTER Easter.
