Yoga X
I sweat more during this workout, than I have the others. I didn't know that Yoga would make me sweat like this.
There were a few things I couldn't do:
The Crane : I attempted and failed right away.
Standing Leg Extension: I just couldn't get my leg up there.
Plough: I tried it, it didn't work.
Other than that, I muddled through the others. I know that it will take a while to get better. I am however more flexible than I thought I was. I may have looked like a complete idiot doing it all, but I know that one day I wont.
Strange, but I already feel stronger. 2 days ago I could barely stay in a plank for 2 seconds, today...I did it longer. Its nice to know my body is changing for the better.
