P90X Day 23

We have been landscaping the last couple of days. I was up in the SUV unloading some stuff, jumped out, and OUCH I pulled a muscle...in my GLUTE. This pain shot from my high and back thigh all the way down to my calf. I limped around, cried, stretched it out. First thing that comes to my mind is I can't have this set back. About an hour later it wasn't so excuciating, so I pushed play and started my core synergistics. Most of the moves didn't hurt except for lunging on my right side, then the glute stretching at the end. I bought some icy/hot patches hoping to take the pain away.

Before these 23 days...I would have just skipped it. I would have used it as an excuse, but not today.
