YOGA HELL X
I can't believe that some people do this workout for fun. It's the one workout I complain about, because I absolutely hate it. Maybe it is because I completely FAIL at clearing my mind. I always think about the 1000 things I have to do, and how slooooooowwwwwwwww this workout is. The best part of this workout is the end, the part where you stretch and relax...but half the time sweet-pea is up by then so no relaxing for me. The fact that my body is completely sore from working on the front yard doesn't help. No matter how much I cant stand the damn downward and upward dog, I will still keep pressing play.
I can't seem to get myself on track with food. Im not eating hamburgers and french frys everyday, and I am doing some portion control.....but I could be a lot better. I just love food so much. I don't want to break up with it.
same boat all around here. i cannot "relax" with yoga. i've never done yoga. is it all like that? if so, it sucks and is totally not my thing. i'm getting better at the moves, but i'm not enjoying it at all. same with food too. i feel like i'm eating WAY better than i was 6 weeks ago, so i also feel like the pounds should just be falling off. super frustrating.
