P90X Day 12

Legs, Back & Ab Ripper X

I love todays workout, minus the Ab Ripper X. I do have to say I put in an extra 10% today, which means a few f*ck you's were thrown out there to my friend Tony for saying "Go lower! This is P90X!!" while doing excruciating wall sits, and lunges.  I better have nice sculpted legs after this. As far as Ab ripper X goes, I did about 10 reps of everything EXCEPT the leg climb and this pulse something of another...If I am EVER able to do those it will be a damn miracle.

I had a lot of crap to do today. I left around 3pm to head to the cabin, which means I had to get packed a loaded....so I kept telling myself to SKIP todays workout. BUT I didn't. No excuses is the motto. IN fact I brought the DVD's with me to get my Kenpo X day in. I want to finish this. I want to FINISH SOMETHING that I started. I want to be the girl with the AFTER pictures that others are shocked by.

Today wasn't a good food day, here is what I had:

Original oatmeal, no sugar, no butter

grande iced skinny caramel macchiato

1/2 apple
5 thin triscuits

6" subway sandwich
wheat
turkey & bacon
provolone cheese
lite mayo
lettuce
pickles
baked lay
iced green tea

1 bean and cheese burrito from toxic hell

chips and corn salsa (at 9pm!)

2 pcs of dark chocolate
 
This weekend should be interesting on the food level, being out of town is always hard. But damn is it beautiful here.

  1. week three was the BEST for the ab ripper! i found that i could do so much more than i could on the first day, it blew me away. i'm up to about 15 reps for each of their 25. i can't get up on my butt for the leg climbs, so i just get my shoulders up as much as possible. keep going!!! you're doing awesome! (did you do a weigh in/measurements yet?)

  2. AH!! I just saw this! I did do measurements today. Not as much as I would like, but for not sticking to the diet I dont think its too bad.
