P90x day 17

It's official I still hate yoga X. I thought by week 3 I would at least be OK with it. I was ready to kick ass at it...then the upward dog sequence began, and I remembered why I dreaded it. I did try more this time, even the crane (failed), but I won't give up. I made a makeshift yoga block out of a wipies box and duct tape. It helped!!
Somehow I screwed up on my workout sequence...so it's cardio X tomorrow!!
