Good thing:
I didn't get nauseous this time.
Bad thing:
I hurt. Like I can't walk up the stairs hurt. So I guess that would make it a good thing?
I woke up this morning DREADING P90X. More so I was scared of feeling the way I did yesterday! But I sucked it up, talked myself up, and put the DVD in....and did the best I can. I was able to do everything except for this insane roll back and jump up thing. So I just rocked back and forth...yeah it wasn't pretty. Everything else I could do, no perfect, and not at their speed, but i did it.
All in All...it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. Bring on Day 3.
I started this morning kicking ass with egg whites in my diet, but ended the day with a lava brownie thing at red robin along with their Yummy fries. I can't pass up fries, it's an addiction. I wish I was addicted to lettuce.
the roll and jump is insane. did you see the girl doing twirls??? she's nuts. yoga will make you want to give up. DON'T!!! it is honestly the hardest workout by far and the longest. just do what you can and keep going. keep telling yourself "if i keep doing this, it will be easier next time"! i just keep picturing my 30 day photos and i get excited. we can do this!!
