Day 12

Didn't make it out for that walk. Ended up moving some carpet and my elliptical machine, by the time I was done with that I was feeling like I had already had a workout. Plus, it wasn't as warm as I thought it was going to be and with sweet pea's ear infection I didn't want to take the chance. I did get about 20 min in on the wii =)

I cheated today.... =X I had asparagus on a pure protein day! The asparagus is starting to go bad, so I threw a couple of tips into the chicken I made.

It was a pretty uneventful day. Other than my husband did mention he thinks I have more energy since I started, and more enthusiasm. That's something...right? 




 
BREAKFAST
oat bran hot cereal

SNACK
turkey bites

LUNCH
3 pcs of low fat bacon
1 egg over medium

DINNER
chicken breast with a soy sauce
3 asparagus tips 

DESSERT
sf jello gelatin
sf homemade hot chocolate with skim milk
