Day 3

Another pound!! One pound at a time!! 

It took every ounce of strength to not reach over and grab a reeses puff from my middle sons bowl of cereal this morning. It looked soooo yummy in that milk I just wanted a big spoonful! As I was making my coffee the middle son says...that milk (skim) looks disgusting. (kids)  I just grabbed my coffee with my skim milk and Torani caramel syrup and removed myself from the kitchen. There is definitely a lot more temptation when you have kiddos. 

Mom called this morning...she is down 3lbs in 3 days!! I am so proud of her. I hope when we reach our goal we can go shopping together. I also hope that this weight loss will help with her RA. If you are friends with her wish her luck and give her support.

I didn't walk yesterday, I need to make that happen today. It has been absolutely beautiful in Colorado, almost spring like, I better get in my exercise outdoors before that changes.

Starting a workout song folder. I love this song. Gets ya going.




BREAKFAST

2 scrambled eggs with a splash of skim milk and a tbs of ff cream cheese. topped with 1/2 tbs of ff cheddar cheese
3 slices of lean deli ham warmed on the skillet
my coffee
16oz of water

SNACK
1pc of leftover chicken fingers

LUNCH
3 ham rolls
1 1/2 tbs of ff cottage cheese with raspberry sugar free jello powder
16oz of water

SNACK
1 low fat string cheese (not dukan diet recommended)
rotisserie chicken from kings (life SAVER!!!)

DINNER

meatloaf without sauce (so yummy!)
16oz of water

I am going to breakfast at my favorite restaurant tomorrow. I have prepared myself to eat before I go, and only have scrambled eggs and bacon while I am there. Lots and lots of water!! It will be my first true test.
