I didn't really have time to hit the elliptical before I left this morning. I did happen to get some lunges and weight workout on my arms in while I was doing breakfast. (no excuses kinda thing)
If shopping counts, then I got an hour of walking in. It was really nice to get out of the house...and I controlled my spending. (barely) If we are in a recession, I don't think all of those ladies at the mall know it.
Going to the mall was a good motivation. Seeing all of the clothes I would love to fit into, and all of the fit people that I would love to have a healthy body like theirs.
I do have to say, it was hard resisting those cookies and pretzels. (my mall ritual, esp when I was preggo with the sweet pea).
This diet has been challenging the last couple of days. Especially when it's close to that time. I want chocolate, and to punch people. (Really need the hubby to have time off to help with the punching bag.)
BREAKFAST
makeshift ham sandwich.
LUNCH
~CHEESECAKE FACTORY~
1 chicken lettuce wrap. I am pretty sure the sauce wasn't dukan friendly. (I looked this up, this was probably the worse choice possible...so glad i only ate one. eh. live and learn)
1 tbs of quacamole. damn i miss mexican food
1 hamburger patty (no bun, no cheese) with pickles
side salad~basically dark lettuce and a low fat dressing
I resisted temptation of cheesecake!!!
