Day 25

I found some great turkey jerky. It is called perky jerky. It is very moist. I will keep this around for my snacky craving.
 
Date night was fun, and definitely worth deviating from the diet. I could have done so much worth. I went in with a plan and stuck with it (well except for the dessert). We went and shot pool afterwards, so at least we didn't just sit around. I also drank 2 beers there =(. But I drank a TON of water throughout the whole evening. Hopefully that helped.

I got 15 min in on the elliptical and 40 arm exercises in before I had to drive the boys to colorado springs. I was tempted to stop and get breakfast and coffee...but I didn't. Not stress eating is hard.




BREAKFAST
hot oat bran cereal

LUNCH
turkey jerkey 
light string cheese

DINNER
~Saltgrass Steakhouse~
3 slices of bread
1 glass of Shiraz (so yummy)
house salad no croutons with basalmic vinegarette
6oz top sirloin (supposedly low in fat) steak <it had butter on it =X>
seasonal veggies
3 bites of chocolate cake (omg goodness)
1 bite of vanilla ice cream
