I really believe that the workouts are helping more than the diet. I mean I know that eating less calories, carbs, and sugar are a part of it....but I think the exercising is the bigger part. I did 30 min total on the elliptical. 20 at one time, then I jumped on again while watching tv later on for 10. I also did 30 stomach exercises and 30 arm (with a weight) lifts. I also did laundry, so I went up and down the stairs about 7 times today.
My mom made her first 10 pounds lost!!!!! So proud of her. She has been on the diet for 22 days.You can tell that she has more energy, and just feels overall better. Congrats MOM!

BREAKFAST
2 slices of canadian bacon
2 scrambled eggs
SNACK
turkey hotdog
pickles
LUNCH
makeshift ham sandwich
SNACK
turkey bites
1 string cheese (light)
DINNER
2 chicken tenderloins (not breaded) with buffalo sauce
1 tbs of mac and cheese
DESSERT
1 brownie bite
Still just trucking along. I am going to change the name of this blog page from dukan diet journey. Only because I have modified it a little to fit my needs and cravings in order for me to stay on track. I am not going to stray too far from it, but I am not going to be right on either.
