Day 22

I weighed today. Check it out on the Wednesday weigh in page. I also took my measurements, which I think would have been better had I not been bloated. A loss is a loss, and I am happy about it. Nothing I can change.

Really ready for this weekend. My husband has been working for the past 3 weeks straight, and we are going to dinner Saturday night for a much needed date. My point? I need to prepare. So I looked up their menu online. I can have a salad for appetizer, top sirloin steak and steamed veggies for dinner. BUT I am also going to have a glass of red wine. AND maybe one piece of their famous bread. What's life if you can't enjoy it a little? Question is how to I gear myself up for it. I think I will step up my exercising the next couple of days, and on Sunday. Try and push myself a little more. Just do it. right?

20 min on the elliptical this morning, and 10 min after dinner.






BREAKFAST
IHOP =X
fit egg and turkey bacon omelet with swiss cheese. I wanted pancakes but i was a good girl

LUNCH
2 turkey hotdogs with a slice of ff american cheese

SNACK
oat bran muffin

DINNER
hamburger soup
(lean hamburger meat, tomato paste, can of diced tomatoes, can of low sodium beef broth, can of green beans)
1 tbs of ff shredded mozzarella

DESSERT
1/2 sm chocolate cupcake =( so wrong but tasted so damn good.
