I gained a pound back. I almost didn't post today because I was so disappointed, and I don't want to disappoint anyone else. But I guess its just the truth, it happens, I have to accept it and move on. Part of this blog is to be honest with myself...about what I eat, about the activities I do or don't do, and what I should do in the future. I seriously wanted to scream...I have been doing so good and I gain a damn pound. bleh.
It is funny, because most of the time I am trying to be the positive/encouraging one. I want this so bad for my mom and I. BUT today she was the one to help pick me up. She reminded me of several things...I walked yesterday so some of my FAT is turning into muscle. The other is I don't think I had enough water. Anyway, I'm picking myself up and marching forward.

My mom has been diagnosed with RA. Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have seen her struggle more and more over the last year with her feet, hands, and her back. Recently (after Faith was born) I have been noticing swelling in both my feet and my hands first thing in the morning, almost painful to just walk to the bathroom. This isn't proof that I may have RA, but it does concern me enough to make me start wanting to get in better shape. Weight does not help RA's cause. I want this for my mom too, so that (while her RA will never go away) perhaps the weight loss will help with the symptoms. Here is too a slimmer and healthier Mother and Daughter.
TODAY IS PP (PURE PROTEIN) DAY!
BREAKFAST
2tbs of oatbran with skim milk-heated
(I am going to eat my oatbran first thing in the morning)
2scrambled eggs (splash of skim milk) with turkey breakfast sausage links
16oz of water
1c of coffee
LUNCH
2 hardboiled eggs
1 pk of tuna in water
1 dill pickle spear
1tbs of dijon
16oz of water
SNACK
sf strawberry jello
DINNER
2 lean hamburger patties
1/2 cup of ff cottage cheese
16oz of water
After tomorrow morning I am going to go to only weighing myself every other day. I think I will only drive myself crazy by weighing myself everyday. If I don't fell better after that I will go to once a week (if I can wait that long. =D )
