Day 23


Short entry tonight, because I am tired and want to get to bed early...
 
Why is it so easy to put the weight on than it is to get it off!! You would think this diet would be easy by now....but it's almost harder. I don't know if it is because I am faced with more temptations than I was in the beginning, or I am just getting bored. I need to find ways to make it more exciting! (im a little bit of a debbie downer today.)


15 min on elliptical.  30 jumping jacks, 10 push ups, 10 lunges, 10 squats and 40 arm exercises. Then I did another 10 min on the elliptical after dinner. I am contemplating doing p90x. A friend of mine brought it up on facebook and got me looking it up. I am not that confident on if I can do it or not, physically.






BREAKFAST
2 scrambled eggs
4 pcs of low fat bacon

LUNCH
hot oat bran cereal

SNACK
light baby bell cheese
turkey bites

DINNER
cabbage rolls without rice
(cabbage leaf stuffed with roasted chicken, ff cream cheese, & salsa. Smothered in last nights hamburger soup) 

DESSERT
1 ice cream bar ~ blue bunny no sugar added
2 bites of chocolate cupcake. =X So glad that was the last one. NO MORE IN THE HOUSE!
