Day 16

10 year olds are the best. Especially 10 year old boys. Oblivious to how people look....or they just don't care yet about image.


R: "Mom. What do you miss most on your diet?"
Me: "Peanut Butter. Chocolate. Beans."
R: "How can you do this?"
Me: "Because I want to be thinner"
R: "you aren't fat."








If the world only stayed 10 forever. Of course, this is coming from a kid who only takes a shower because I MAKE him, and the outfits he picks out are borderline homeless-person-chic. Doesn't matter, it warms my heart that he still looks at me that way.




BREAKFAST
2 scrambled eggs
2 oat bran pancakes
1 pc of jennie o turkey bacon (not my favorite)

LUNCH
Jennie O sweet italian sausage link

SNACK
sf jello gelatin
low fat string cheese
1 pc of beef jerky

DINNER
chicken cordon bleu (sort of) very yummy!
*pounded out chicken breast, 3 slices of ham, 1/2 tbs of ff cream cheese. Roll up. Season with favorite seasoning. 375 for 30 min or until done.
