Day 17-first cheat

oh geez. I went to chilis tonight. I did really good until the 10 year old got the molten lava cake. I ate three bites. I couldn't resist. I am so weak. =(

Eating right is much harder than quitting smoking. I can be around smokers and not smoke. But you put chocolate cake in front of me and I am like superman and kryptonite. Weak.

I knew there would be moments like this. Especially once I didn't feel tight in my pants anymore. All I can do is move forward. I can't dwell on it. And honestly it isn't like I ate the whole cake...I stopped. Thank God

I am going out to lunch with my brother tomorrow, not sure how that is going to go. I will just try to make the best choices possible. I know it is life, and I am not going to be OCD about it. I will just do 2 pure protein days in a row (Sunday and Monday) , and maybe throw in some more time working out.



 
I did 30 mins on the elliptical today, and about 30 stomach exercizes. Talk about a kick in the gut. I found them here:

 BREAKFAST
2 scrambled eggs
diced red onion, tomato, jalepeno
3 deli slices of low fat ham

LUNCH
left over turkey chili
brussel sprouts
SNACK
2 ham rolls
DINNER
chili's
house salad~no croutons, cheese, or carrots. Balsamic dressing on the side
sweet and spicy chicken
steamed broccoli
(didn't eat the rice)
