There is a lot of stressful things going on in my life right now. My oldest 2's grandmother (on their dad's side) is very sick and in the hospital right now. The have found cancer cells, but not too sure on where it is all coming from. Not only am I trying to console the boys, I have to deal with my ex. Which if you know my life, you know that isn't an easy task.
I also have my brother going in for surgery on Tuesday. He is having some stuff repaired in his esophogus. It isn't a life threatening surgery, but still nerve racking. We will be at the hospital all day, so I will just have to make the best choices possible as far as food goes. (no vending machines, and try to hit the cafeteria) Get my workout in early.
I only did 10 mins on the elliptical today =(. I had planned on meeting my brother at his house for coffee and talk. So I didn't have much time between getting faith ready, eating breakfast, and getting myself ready. I did get in my 20 crunches, and 40 arm exercises. AND I hit that 10 minutes harder than I normally do. (faster)

2 slices of canadian bacon with 1 slice of ff american cheese (melted)

cup of left over hamburger soup
SNACK
turkey bites
1 baby bell cheese
DINNER
turkey lettuce tacos
DESSERT
1 sugar free ice cream bar
