Not feeling inspirational today. Way too much going on, and on top of it all my oldest son is having issues. I feel like I am losing control as a mother. A lot of stress, and worse not knowing what to do.
20 min on the elliptical. I am trying to work myself up to "run" a little longer everyday. I did 25 stomach exercises. 20 jumping jacks. 50 (on each arm) arm exercises with a 5 lb weight in each hand. 10 squats. 10 jump switch lunges (I think that is what it is called).
BREAKFAST
hot oatbran cereal
LUNCH
tuna salad stuff deviled eggs
(one packet of water packed tuna, 1tbs of dill relish, 1tsp of ff miracle whip, 1 tbs of dijon, 2 hard boiled eggs)
SNACK
turkey bites
DINNER
ground turkey soup
(ground turkey, 1/2 red onion, 1 zucchini, 1 can of green beans, 1 can tomato paste, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth~brown ground turkey with chili powder, garlic salt, onion salt, add onion (cook until translucent), add zucchini (cook until 1/2 way soft), then add rest of the ingredients. I cooked it for an hour on medium heat
DESSERT
1/2 c yogurt
