No loss. Eh. It happens.
I felt GREAT today. Woke up feeling ready to rule the world. So glad that what ever was going on is OVER. A note to those who want to do this diet...stay with it! I was seriously wanting to throw in the towel last night, I thought I was dying! But I stayed strong. Carrying on....
Couple of things I have noticed, I have low blood sugar anyway and this diet doesn't help. I ate my oat bran first thing this morning ( I read that another person had done this), and it helped me out a lot. Another thing, I know that you can't eat fruit but I may add an apple a week to give me the natural sugar that my body needs.
BREAKFAST
1 1/2 tbs of oatbran mixed with 1/4c of skim milk warmed in the microwave for a minute
16oz of water
SNACK
3 slices of low fat black forest deli ham
LUNCH
2 ham rolls
1 1/2 tbs of ff cottage cheese
small pc of roast (I made one for dinner)
DINNER
Roast (rump roast with 1c diet coke, 2c low sodium beef broth, 1c water, 1/2 onion, 1 garlic clove)
I found a new favorite!!
vitamin packed. 2.5 calories. 0 sugar. 0 carbs.
