That is the number I start with on this journey.
It isn't just how I look, it is how I feel in my skin. I want to be able to sit down without feeling like I am bulging out everywhere. I want to wear a pair of pants, and not feel squeeezzzed in them.
The plan:
1. Dukan Diet.
This link isn't the official website, but it gives you an idea of what it is and LOTS of recipes.
2. Stay Busy.
I see certain "skinny" women and think...how in the hell do they stay like that? They don't excersize, they don't diet...well they STAY busy, always doing SOMETHING. So I have projects planned. Organize my room. Clean, Clean, Clean. Paint the walls. WALK, put that stroller to good use! Box, hit the heavy bag.
3. Take Care of my appearance.
I have kind of let myself go the last year. =( Being pregnant and having a baby will do that to a woman. So I am getting my hair did this weekend (see ya ROOTS), dress up a little, just put a little more effort in. Maybe even get in a few spa days??? ;)
There it is....the plan. I CAN do this.

Dukan Diet:
Day 1 of 'Attack' phase
BREAKFAST
Coffee with sweet n low, 2 tbl. of skim milk, a shot of Torani sugar free syrup.
Steak strips (sauteed with onions, lantana seasoning) with 2 scrambled eggs.
16oz of water
16oz of water
LUNCH
Whole Roasted Chicken-Shredded the breast meat only (from Sprouts)
1tbs of chobani greek yogurt mixed with chicken seasoned with Lantana
boiled egg
1tsp of mustard on top of egg
1 pickle spear
16oz of water
SNACK
light string cheese (may not be attack friendly) but it is 0 carbs, 0 sugar, and 8 grams of protein. Only 60 calories. so I think I am alright.
oatbran cookies (you have to have 1 1/2 tbls of oat bran a day on this phase)

2 Ham Rolls (Ham slice with ff cream cheese & pickle spear)
16oz of water
DINNER
Oatbran cookie
baked salmon with lemon and fresh tarragon
2tbls of greek yogurt with lemon juice and dill
diet coke
DESSERT
1c of sugar free hot chocolate (but i REALLY want a chocolate chip cookie)
Apparently I should have checked first! Too many carbs in the hot chocolate.
I had my first test of will power tonight. My oldest son sprained his ankle, so we had to take a trip to the ER....while there I was STARVING, they had given my son some graham crackers before his pain pill. I seriously almost drooled...OVER GRAHAM CRACKERS!!! I did get a 20 min walk in before our ER drama. SO I followed all of the rules today!
Only side effect is headache, guessing because of no sugar or carbs....hope tomorrow it's better.
Only you can make you into the person you want to be. Work hard.

I'm so happy for you! This diet is not only a way to becoming more healthy in your body, but in you soul as well. You are such a strong woman, and you DESERVE to feel great inside and out:). You're going to do soooo good and I'm here to support you in any way I can!
