Mother Nature must hate women...or she just thought we were the stronger of the two. =) These last two days have been hell as far as cravings go. I fight it as much as possible, but at the end I just had to do it to get it out of my mind! SOO I had 5 of those mini chocolate chips ahoy cookies. You know, the kind that comes in those little containers? I just took out 5 and the youngest son ate the rest. I feel so guilty. I have to say when I did weight watchers a few years back, it was nice to have a few "treats" as long as I had been good all day.
20 min on the elliptical this morning. I was going to do my stomach workout but I am soooo sore from the last time. It hurts to even sneeze! =X
We also did a big Walmart run today, so that counts. Got my meat for the week. I really need to remember to bring snacks, because of my light lunch I thought I was going to pass out in Walmart which turned into a migraine for the afternoon and night!! I'm not on veggie days again until Tuesday, I will have to go back for that list to Kings.
It will be interesting to see if my few cheats will affect the scale on Wednesday, or if my workouts will help balance it out.
Side note:
Mom is .5 pounds away from her first 10 lost!! I am so proud of her.
