I changed the name of the blog. I am reminding myself how much happier I am when I feel more confident about myself. You really are more beautiful when you THINK that you are beautiful. I am not conceited by any means, but I definitely am starting to walk with a little more swag. (LOL, yes I said swag) Not that I go a whole lot of places.
25 min on the elliptical. 30 stomach exercises. 40 on each arm lifts with an 8 pound weight.
I am starting to doubt if this is the right diet for me. I thought the cravings would die down...but they are just making me a bat sh*t crazy person. Yesterday was one of those days. I am contemplating on calorie counting with a low carb. For now though I am sticking it out as best I can.
Tomorrow is weigh in day. I hope I see a loss in the scale or inches or both. Im a little concerned just because its not the best time of the month to weigh =X We shall see.
BREAKFAST
2 eggs over medium
3 slices of low fat bacon
SNACK
hot oat bran cereal
LUNCH
2 hamrolls
1 light baby bell cheese
1 sugar free jello gelatin
DINNER
turkey hotdog smothered in ground turkey chili (omg it was HOT)
1 tbs of ff mozerella
1 tbs ff sour cream
DESSERT
5 mini nutter butters!!! ugh only 70 calories but it was 10 grams of carbs total (crap)
It probably doesn't help that you have a total jerk of a sister-in-law telling you about homemade chocolate chip muffins when you're craving chocolate. Sorry! Keep it up, I'm super proud of you.
