Woke up this morning not feeling well, and my face is broken out like I am in jr high ALL over again. This is almost as bad as when I quit smoking as far as my body detoxing goes. I have decided to stay on the attack phase until Monday. The program suggest 7 days or until I hit 164. I also need to step up my walking, I haven't done that in the last 2 days.
Sweet Pea didn't sleep well last night. I'm wondering if my lack of sleep is the cause of not losing as much as others I have talked to doing this diet. Oh well I have to stay positive and remember that it is one pound at a time.
BREAKFAST
oh my breakfast was soooo hard today. We went to my favorite restaurant-Pegasus-but i was good and ordered scrambled eggs and bacon. With LOTS of water.
16oz of water
LUNCH
ham roll and a low fat string cheese
16oz of water
DINNER
left over meatloaf with mustard
1c of chicken broth-low sodium with shredded chicken
16oz of water
DESSERT
2tbs of ff greek yogurt with sugar free-ff cheesecake flavored jello (a tsp)
I really feel like I have a flu or something. UGH. I know it is the detoxing but geez. I REALLY hope that I wake up tomorrow feeling better.
Got my hair did today. I always feel like a new person afterwards. I don't know why I wait so long to get it done. ($$$) Here is a picture....excuse the no makeup face.
I do have to say I am not as hungry today as I usually am. =)
