OH YEAH!! I was happy when I looked at the scale this morning. Brings my total lost so far to 4lbs! Felt great to lose another pound, and even better to feel like I have lost an inch. I will measure again on Wednesday along with progress photos.
I feel good again today, minus the lack of sleep due to an ear infection baby. I had several appts and errands today, and before the diet I would have stopped at a fast food restaurant (I was very tempted) BUT not today. Pretty proud of myself.
Today is my last day of the attack phase. I met my goal! 4lbs down. I get to have veggies tomorrow. WOO HOO!! bring on a salad. and some zucchini!
BREAKFAST
1tbs of oatbran 1/4c of skim milk heated
16oz of water
SNACK
1 low fat string cheese
LUNCH
left over roast from last night
16oz of water
DINNER
low fat bacon and scrambled eggs (who doesn't love breakfast for dinner?)
DESSERT
Hot Chocolate (sugar-free of course!)
Sweet Craving Fix
Hot Chocolate
1 tbs cocoa, 2 tbs. splenda, 1 cup of skim-milk, 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 tbs. water
I should mention that I do try and drink more water between meals, so for those wanting to do try the Dukan diet, you HAVE to drink a lot of water. =)

You're doing a great job! I know how hard it is to pass up the fast food. Steve ate a burger & fries @ Freddies today. I had yogert and cheese w/ water...It was good but the aroma of those fries about killed me! Keep it up!

ReplyDeleteI'm doing pretty good. down 2lbs already and Saturday I got off to a LATE start! Seems like I'm eating all the time. Just bits & pieces of protien stuff. Lots of lf yogert,cheese and chicken! Not to mention all the water is making me pee every 10-15 minutes. This is a pretty easy diet to follow and stick to. Lots of choices and good choices! Keep up the good work! How's your mom doing on this? Isshe still in the attack phase or has she moved on to #2?
