A total of 4.6 lbs. Not bad, not bad. What is better than that? The fact that my pants that have been tight are now LOOSE. I measured and I have lost an inch all over! It feels good, and is motivating! (will post measurements and pictures tomorrow)
My energy level has definitely increased. Even with the little sleep that I have had lately. I am hoping to start working out more on this phase. Today I took a 30 min walk, and I am out of SHAPE! phew. I have to start making some workout goals (hike the rock, hike the thousand steps, hike to hanging lake. Reach a certain amt of sit-ups, push-ups, curls, etc.) I love to hike...can you tell? =) I have NEVER been a runner...so I am not sure if I would really like to add that to my list.
Can't wait to put this together, so I can work on my bat wings. ;-)
BREAKFAST
Oatbran with skim milk heated (this REALLY has helped)
SNACK
1.5 oz of beef jerky
LUNCH
low fat deli ham
1 celery stick with cream cheese
1/2c of cucumber with 1tsp. raspberry vinegar and balsamic
SNACK
boiled egg
DINNER
ground turkey lettuce wraps with homemade pico

Keep up the good work Steph! I'm following your progress. I read that Kate Middleton did the Dunkan diet, proley how she got so small. "/ looks like little to no food! I'd be starving!! haha. walk walk walk, everyday. It helps!! Even if its JUST walking. =)I walk everyday for an hour. (on my lunches) because sometimes i'm too lazy to hit the gym at 5am or 5pm! =)
