Day 9

I didn't weigh today. I am going to wait until next Wednesday. The important thing is that my pants are not squeezing the life out of me, and I am not COMPLETELY overflowing when I sit down.

I have noticed that I have been a little more irritable the last two days...not sure if that is cutting out the carbs and sugar, or just my lovely personality.  Apparantly I can be scary and intimidating. =X So I can only imagine what people think of me when I am NOT eating sugar.


BREAKFAST
1 scrambled egg with a splash of skim milk and asparagus tips
2 turkey breakfast sausage links
1 oat bran "pancake"
(2tbs oatbran, 1 tbs of ff greek yogurt, 1 egg)

LUNCH
3 low fat deli ham slices
2 celery sticks with ff cream cheese
1 sugar free jello gelatin

SNACK
2 turkey breakfast sausage links

LUNCH
eggplant lasgna
(sliced eggplant, ground turkey, tomato paste with water, and a sprinkle of low fat mozzarella cheese)

I worked out a for 30 minutes this morning. Walked all over Wal-mart this evening (that counts, right?)

I made the boys noodles for dinner instead of making them eat the eggplant. I almost screwed up by putting a noodle in my mouth to make sure they were done. Habit. I caught myself before it made my mouth. =)

  1. For me weighing everyday is overwelming and discouraging. I've deceided to weigh 1 time per week also. How was your day today?
